The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor playground for children and the small indoor pool. Castle Residence Praha was a great value for the money. The room was spacious and charming, and the location was convenient with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially towards our dogs.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making it easy for us to navigate the public transit system. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the Metro/Tram station, which was ideal for getting to and from the city. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the grounds of the hotel were lovely, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The bar seating area could have been more comfortable, with only stools at the bar or dining tables. It would have been nice to have some softer seating options available, especially during the cooler weather.
